We use low-alloy, low-carbon steel with three surface conditions: Stripped, cold rolled and galvanised. Covering quality from E155 to E700, including Dual Phase steels up to HCT1200X.

Length
Cut to length from 50 to 4,500 mm long, with restricted tolerances for tubes with specific lengths.
Interior fettling
Possibility of removing the inner weld bead.
Welding position
Possibility of defining the weld bead position (welding along the edge, decentred, etc.).
Suitable for hot-dip galvanising
We can supply tubes with optimised chemical composition to guarantee uniform, adherent and durable hot-dip galvanisation.
Special packaging
In addition, we can protect your order with packaging with corrosion protection (VCI), wood or cardboard. We also use straps or strips in heavy duty polyester (slings) adapted to the weight of the package to facilitate unloading.
Custom marking
We can supply the tubes with a specific identification marking to guarantee their traceability. Each tube can be printed with indelible ink or stamped to carry specific information facilitating its identification in your supply chain.
